Despite being a mostly new team to tennis, the boys’ tennis team continues to grow every match. With singles of Denim Horsford, Igor Petek and Angelo Amitrano, they try to outcompete the opposition. The two doubles teams of Mohammed Abdallah alongside Maxwell Bell and Ethan VanDerPlaatz alongside Myles Mann, try to work together to keep the points in their favor. Despite losing 5-0 against Holy Cross, the team made some big strides, winning one match against Dunmore, but unfortunately falling 4-1. The team currently has two matches left on their schedule, both at home on the 22nd and 23rd of April, against Honesdale and Scranton. The tennis team is also offering a terrific way to fill your Easter baskets, as today is the last day to buy their Gertrude Hawk chocolate bars for only $2.
