Million Dollar Deviled Eggs (Serves ~12)

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and halved
  • 2 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½–1 tsp hot sauce (like Tabasco)
  • 2 tsp pickle brine or olive brine (optional)
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnishes: paprika, fresh chives, bacon, etc.

Instructions

  1. Prep eggs:
    Slice hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a bowl.
  2. Make filling:
    Mash yolks with softened butter. Add mayo, Dijon, hot sauce, and optional brine; mix until smooth. Season with salt & pepper.
  3. Assemble:
    Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
  4. Garnish & serve:
    Sprinkle with paprika, chives, or your favorite toppings before serving.
