As a new school year starts at Wallenpaupack Area High School, some unfamiliar faces are also expected to come with the start. There are 8 new teachers throughout the building, all in various positions. In Student Services, there is a new secretary, Ms. Dreizler. In Buckhorn Bridge, a new addition to the school to help students prepare for college and career activities, Ms. Ragusa joins the staff. In the Building Trades and Auto Tech, we now have Mr. Carney who replaced Dr. Watson. In math, Mrs. Edwards is new as she replaces Mr. Tirjan. In the computer department, Ms. Hochreiter brings her knowledge to the subject. As a health assistant, Ms. DiTaranto will offer care to others. In the special ed department, Ms. Engles is there to fill the position. As a teacher’s assistant, Ms. Marchesin offers help to teachers who need it in the classrooms.
