The Buckhorn Cross Country team recently celebrated its senior night. The race was on Tuesday, September 9, at their home course. The group raced against Scranton, West Scranton, and Mid Valley. This is cross country’s only home race, making it even more special for the runners. The team had fourteen seniors this year, with four girls and ten guys. The Buckhorns ran hard, with this being their third race of the season. The girls’ varsity team won against the three teams, with the boys only losing against Mid Valley. The team overall has a good season, with their next race being at Honesdale. Go Buckhorns!
