I’ve always loved Easter as a holiday. For some odd reason it meant more than just the Easter bunny and candy, it’s a time to celebrate my religion and spend quality time with my family. This break was a combination of recovery from long school weeks, softball, Easter family dinner, and even more softball. I had a game Thursday night against Pocono Mountain East, which we won and started break on a good note. Friday, we had friends from Ireland come in so we went to see them at my grandparents which was a great time to catch up. Saturday was my day of rest, and Sunday my family decided on going to Stroudsmoor for our Easter dinner. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely go back in the future. Monday, I had softball practice in the morning and a JV game at Delaware Valley. We played very well as a team and won 17-0. Overall, I had a very recharging and sports-filled break.
