Cadance is highly involved outside of the classroom. She is a member of the National Honor Society and Volunteers In Paupack, where she volunteers both around the school and in the community. Through these activities, she has enjoyed giving back and helping others. In addition, Cadance participated in our sports teams during high school, playing tennis for three years and basketball for one year. One of her proudest athletic accomplishments was competing at team districts for tennis as a varsity doubles player, where her team placed second.
Academically, Cadance has worked extremely hard and takes pride in her achievements. She has earned a silver plaque for honors and two gold plaques for high honors while maintaining a 4.3 GPA. She is also the second completer in WASD of all the education classes and will receive a medal for this at graduation. After high school, Cadance plans to attend Bloomsburg University to study elementary and special education. Known by her peers as kind, respectful, and hardworking, Cadance hopes to use these qualities in the future to make a positive impact on her students. Looking back on high school, her favorite memory was the senior class trip to Disney, which was a fun way to celebrate the end of this chapter with her classmates.
