A Canvas of Achievement: Students’ Artwork Featured in Art Gallery

            Starting March 5, the Wayne County Art Alliance, in Honesdale, is hosting an exhibit starring a life size paper mâché Kapok tree and featuring artwork made by the art students in Wallenpaupack. Recently, the gallery, located in Honesdale, had an opening reception where families came and looked around, ate cake, and activities consisting of painting leaves and making wishes. The Wallenpaupack students are Jennifer Abate, Andrew Cotto, Ace Cromwell, Cadance Danelski, Owen Edwards, Jayden Eldred, Jonathan Fluhr, Jordan Hocker, Emily Jensen, Ava Jensen, Damon Jones, Kirra Kellogg, Anthony Lin, Liana Lucchese, Kiana Madrigal, Destiny McPeak, Ruby Montoya, Alina Pacheco, Toby Snyder, Madeline Struble, Alexander Tarkovsky, Jaslene Toro, Ethan VanDerPlatts, Lily VanOrden, Julianna Williams, Sophia Yancewicz. The exhibit will end on April 4.
