On February 27th and 28th 8 wrestlers on the Wallenpaupack Boys Wrestling team took part in the Northeast Regional Wrestling Championship, which took place at Liberty High School in Bethlehem. Wallenpaupack placed 15th in the tournament out of 47 schools. Senior Gabe Caufield qualified by placing fourth in the tournament and is therefore moving onto the PIAA State Wrestling Championships in Hershey.
