This week at the Paupack Press, we are recognizing the junior class officers.

” I have been a part of student council for three years.”

Carmella Coyle is the vice president. She wanted to become a class officer to help her peers and have a fun and successful school year.

“I have been in student council for two years. Last year I served as the class of 2027 treasurer, and now this year I’m the class vice president.”

Sophie Fontano is the class secretary. She likes working with the other student council members to plan fun events.

“I have been a part of student council for three years where I have served as class officer.”

Emily Strause is the class event coordinator. She wanted to become a class officer to help plan fun, even fun events for the class of 2027!

Laurelei Terwilliger is the class treasurer. She wanted to become a class officer because she enjoys being involved with the school community and helping to make a positive difference within it. She loves the thought of representing her classmates, sharing their ideas, and helping plan events that bring the class of 2027 together. Additionally, being on the student council gives her the opportunity to develop her leadership skills, teamwork skills, and allows her to help make Wallenpaupack an even better place for everyone.

“This year is also my first year serving on Student Council as the Class of 2025 Treasurer, and I’m very excited to see what this year brings and to be even more involved in our school community.”

Mrs. Bonagura is the class advisor. She enjoys working with students to promote school activities and enhance school spirit. As a plus, she gets to know different students outside her classroom!

“This is my second time being a class advisor. It’s fun to be involved in helping students make memories during their time in high school.”
