Joseph “J.P.” Yeo plans to attend a four – year university and major in kinesiology. After completing his bachelors in kinesiology, he hopes to go to physical therapy school with the goal of becoming a physical therapist.
In high school, Joseph participated in varsity cross country for four years, varsity basketball for four years, varsity track and field for three years, and is finishing his last year in the exercise science and sports medicine CTE program. Out of all his activities, he states that going undefeated in cross country his junior year and becoming district champions and personally placing seventh at the district race.
J.P. notes that he is going to miss all his current teachers and friends and “just the togetherness of the school itself.” Of his teachers, he feels Mrs. Rags has helped him the most in high school- both in deciding what to do after he graduates and for being “one of the greatest people- not just teachers- [he has] ever met.” He would also like to extend his thanks to Mr. Brown and Mr. Miller for shaping him into the man he has become today- something he is forever grateful for.
