Recently, Paupack Perk has obtained a new addition to its shop: an espresso machine! Thanks to a generous grant from the Hawley Rotary, the student-run cafe is excited to introduce new beverages that the new machine will make possible.
Recently, the group has been practicing their barista skills and intends on introducing new drink options shortly. As of right now, they have practiced making espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more advanced beverages. Since these drinks do take longer to prepare, Paupack Perk will only be serving them to staff once a week. Paupack Perk is thrilled to possess this new machine to help further both the program and students’ experience within it.
