This week on senior spotlight, we would like to shine a light on Mackenzie Razny and her dedication to Wallenpaupack. Mackenzie participated in varsity track and field for three years competing in events such as shot-put, discus, and javelin. Mackenzie was a student ambassador for one year, additionally, she also participated in FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) for two years, helping her achieve her future goal of being a teacher. She plans to attend Marywood University for secondary-English education, then she would like to transfer to Temple University to continue her education. Throughout high school, Mackenzie Razny’s best memory was the Senior Disney trip. Mackenzie was waiting for years for that trip and she said it was worth the money and the wait. Outside of school, Mackenzie took part in contemporary dance for most of her life. She loves traveling, especially to the beach, has an interest in music and loves spending time with her cat.
