On April 2, 47 Juniors traveled to the Mohegan Sun Hotel and Convention Center to attend the JA Inspire Career Discovery Exploration and learn about what their future paths could lead to. Over the course of the day, students interacted with a wide variety of booths and attended breakout boxes all covering various topics ranging from military branches to cutting edge technology jobs to the trades. Lucky students were entered into a raffle over the day for an assortment of prizes, with one student from Wallenpaupack Area High School leaving with a value size pack of paper towels. Overall, the trip to JA Inspire was an overwhelming success, because of both the number of attendees and the informative nature of the event for the students. The college and career counselors hope to continue attending in the future
