With every new year comes new goals to work towards. For many including myself, one of those goals is living a healthier lifestyle. This recipe is low in calories and high in protein for those who don’t want to cut out favorite foods but still want to eat better. This recipe is from a TikTok gym influencer named Hailey Fernandez. Her videos about her diet have been pretty viral lately and I wanted to share a favorite of mine. This recipe is super simple and has a lot of room for creativity since you can add any toppings you’d like.
Ingredients-
· 250g of egg whites
· 1/3 banana
· Dash of vanilla
· Dash of cinnamon
· Dash of salt
· 1 tsp of baking powder
Step 1- Add all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Step 2- Add cooking spray to pan over medium heat.
Step 3- Cook pancakes for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 4- For more flavor, add sugar free syrup and fruit on top.
